PHP Content Manage System
I tested several CMS( Content Manage System): Mambo, Joomla, PHPNuke, PHPCMS, CMSware, DedeCMS, including some blog system, such as WordPress, but these PHPCMS can not gather information and output html file. As a hot website with 100000 PV everyday, they are defective and inefficient.
But, PHP + Mysql + Apache + Freebsd or Linux is excellent, I think so.
