Prospective authors are requested to submit the manuscript of about 2000-3000 words. The principal author of each submission should be a Ph.D. candidate. The manuscripts should be submitted to the forum secretariat by internet (http://docf.cup.edu.cn) in accordance with the submission requirement by June 20,2007. The notification of acceptance will be issued on June 30, 2007, and the submission date for the final version is on July 10, 2007.
The technical papers will be published in the conference proceedings and recommended for publication in international academic journals.
